Jonas Sanchez is the Technical Director

Criteria: each video is no longer than:

30 minutes when presenting a workshop.

20 minutes for qigongs

7 minutes for demonstrations

Do not include audio (music) that you do not own copyright to.

Videos may be shot with the choices listed below or any alternative device you deem suitable:

All videos can be captured using a smart phone, desktop computer camera, an external webcam, or a separate video camera/DSLR/etc.

Smart phones and external cameras should be used in conjunction with a tripod of sorts if possible for a stable video.

Whenever possible please take lighting and audio into consideration.

Video should be captured at HD quality (1920X1080 pixels). This will provide good quality and keep band width usage down. 2K or 4K resolution is overkill and SHOULD NOT be used.

When using an iPhone or Android the camera should be in the horizontal or landscape position for recording. Please do not shoot video with the phone held vertically.

The file format should be an MP4 using h.264 compression.

Teachers: Develop and produce a video to be submitted for inclusion in the Live Stream.

All videos will need to be submitted by March 15th.

A centralized location for depositing the video’s will be created and will be shared when it is set-up.
