On Saturday, April 30, 2011, 12 schools and 19 teachers from local and regional Tai Chi & Qigong schools met on Colchester Town Green to share their skills and knowledge of these ancient Chinese arts. Attendees were treated to 30 free workshops and 8 demonstrations as part of this world wide celebration.
